Rental Agreement & Requirements

Rental Requirements

• Self Pick-up: Renters are responsible for picking up and returning the machine.
• Minimum of two strong people required to lift and carry the machine safely. A hydraulic lift is provided to help load and unload into your vehicle, and can be used as the serving table for the machine. Machines are heavy!
• Appropriate vehicle: A vehicle large enough to transport the machine securely is required. No Compact Cars. Renters must provide their own straps to secure machine for transport.
• $50 security / cleaning deposit due at pickup. Deposit is refundable upon timely return and cleanliness inspection.
• Verify Power: Machines are very power hungry and require their own 20 amp circuit to operate properly. Nothing else can be plugged into the circuit. Only use the extension cord provided with machine or plug machine directly into outlet.
• Return deadline: Machines must be dropped off no later than 10:00 a.m. the day after the rental period.

Payment (with security/cleaning deposit) is due at Pickup. No exceptions!

Security deposit will be refunded using same method as payment.

Use & Care Instructions

• Operate the machine according to the provided instructions only.
• Do not attempt to service, repair, or modify the machine.
• Machine must remain upright at all times during transport and use.
• Clean the machine according to the provided cleaning checklist before return.
• Report any issues or malfunctions immediately.

Liability & Responsibility

The renter assumes all responsibility for the machine during the rental period, including damage, loss, or injury resulting from improper use or transport.

Lickety Split is not responsible for power availability, venue restrictions, or operational issues caused by conditions outside of normal use specifications.
